She is survived by: her husband Arthur Dale Maynard; her son Michael Shane Maynard; her grandchildren, Trey Stephen Chambers (Taylor) of Huntington, WV, Nickolas Connor Chambers of Atlanta, GA and Mollie Kate Maynard of Proctorville, OH; her siblings, Brenda Sue Maynard (Roger) of Wayne, Dolphus Jay Perry (Marie) of Lavalette, WV, Orval Lee Perry (Brenda) of Wayne and David Michael Perry (Debra) of Wayne; her sister-in-law Karen Sue Perry of Clement, OH; her close friend Dee Clark; and her friend Melva. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
