He was predeceased by: his father Ira Lucian Wiley; his sister Angela Wiley; and his nephew Josh Foley. He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Fraley Porter of Wayne; his wife Sarah Pennington Wiley of Beckley; and his children, Joseph Wiley (Samantha) of Beckley, Christopher Wiley (Shannon) of Prescott, Mich, David Wren (Kristy) of Delaware, Anthony Wren of Columbus and Katey Bogner (Stephen) of Beckley. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
