She is survived by: her parent Clara Davis Adkins; her husband Joe Thomas Adkins; her siblings, Tommy Adkins, Gerald "Sluefoot" Adkins, Glenn Adkins, Oscar Adkins, Richard "Dickie" Adkins, Jimmy Adkins, Faye Nance and Jane Dillon; her granddaughter Karri Adkins; her husband Herbert Adkins; her children, Tammy Pelfrey (Ray) of Wayne, Tim Adkins (Tammy) of Wayne, Paul Adkins of Wayne, Leeroy Adkins of Wayne and Leon Adkins of Toledo; her grandchildren, Sam Runyon, Shara Talbert, Shelton Adkins, Makayla Fetty, Anthony Adkins and Jaden Adkins; her great grandchildren, Emma, Forrest and Thomas; her brothers, Wendall Adkins and David Adkins; and her close friend Lula Porter. She is also survived by friends and neighbors from Holy Cross Monastery; and a host of nieces, nephews cousins, and friends.
