He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmilla Webb and Denver Webb. He is survived by: his children, Andrea Vaughan (Brandon) of Wayne and Lionel Bragg of West Virginia; his grandchildren, Evan Vaughan, Emily Vaughan, Alexandria and Isaiah; and his siblings, Loretta, Sandra, Patricia, Ronnie Webb and Jackie Webb. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews, and a host of friends.
