He is survived by: his parents, Leston Ray Followay (Lynn) of Wayne, WV and Judy Kay Johnson Sexton (Arnold) of Flatwoods, KY.; his wife Michelle Thompson Followay; his children, Justin Followay (Kayla) of Wayne and Carli Newell (Nick) of Wayne; his siblings, Scott Followay (Rebekah) of Wayne, Michelle Booton (Richie) of Lavalette, WV, Missy Blevins (Doug) of Chesapeake and Mindy Ray (Abe Williams) of Wayne, WV; his grandson Carter; and his brothers-in-law, Roger Thompson (Angie) of Lavalette, WV, Terry Thompson (Charlotte) of Prichard, WV, Brent Thompson of Wayne, WV and Jody Thompson (Nikki) of Wayne, WV. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
