She is survived by: her daughter Tonya Michelle Skeens (Jacob Thompson); her grandson Tanner David Napier; her siblings, Deborah Thompson of Kenova, WV, Sally Napier of Wayne, WV and James Tim Mills (Judy); her son Mark Napier (Michelle) of Parma, OH; her aunt Ruby Watts of Wadsworth, OH; her brother-in-law Gary Thompson of Wayne, WV; her former husband Charles Skeens (Estelle); her pets, Shiloh and Poo-Bear; and her close friends, Connie, Woody Spence, Billie Jean Pyatt, Juanita Welch and Ronnie Napier. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
