He was predeceased by: his parent Alfreeda; and his brother George Alfred Blevins. He is survived by: his siblings, Sandra Mills (Carl) of Wayne, Buster Blevins, Jr. (Patti) of South Point and Kenneth Blevins (Donna) of Wayne; and his nieces and nephews, Kimberly Mills, Erica Damron, Kent Blevins, Amanda Smith, Andrea McCallister, Jordan Blevins, Megan Evans, Hannah Pack and Blake Schroder. He is also survived by 14 great nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends.
