He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Lycans and Bessie Wiley Lycans; his siblings, Robert Lycans (Ruth), James H. Lycans and Virginia Harless (Bonnell); and his niece Robin Perry.
He is survived by: his sisters, Laura Herriott (Ron) of Marysville, OH, Annie Thompson (Richard) of Weaver, AL and Delores Berry (Bob Kitchen) of Grove City, OH. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
