It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kelli Adkins (Wayne, West Virginia), born in Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on June 12, 2018, at the age of 28, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her grandfather Dallas "Tucker" Adkins; her mother Donetta Pelfrey (David) of Wayne; her brothers, Timothy Adams of Lavalette, W. V, Nicholas Pelfrey of Wayne, Dakota Adkins of Lincoln Co, Matthew Pelfrey of Huntington, Brandon Pelfrey of Proctorville and Tye Pelfrey (Marie) of Wayne; her grandmother Jean Adkins of Genoa, W. V; her aunt Teresa Adkins of St. Albans, W. V; her grandparents, Judy Adams of Wayne and Don Adams of Wayne; her nieces and nephews, Chelsie Pelfrey of Lavalette, Austin Stevens of Lavalette and Alex Adams of Lavalette; and also Brian Adkins.
