She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Napier and Norma Mills Napier; her husband Pete Adkins; her children, Joyce Mathis, Judy Maynard of Lavalette, WV, Barbara McCoy of Nashville, TN and Johnny Pete Adkins of Wayne, WV; her siblings, Ruby Watts of Wadsworth, OH, Elsie Dean of Wayne, WV and Lonnie Napier of Ona, WV; her grandchildren, J. Todd Maynard, Jill Blount, Theresa McCoy-McDowell, Michael McCoy, Marlena Partlow, Misty Evans, John Hunter Adkins, Julia Nichole Simpson and Jacob Rice; and her niece Donna Hall. She was also cherished by eight great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
