She is survived by: her husband Douglas Vaughan; her sons, Alonzo Vaughan (Pamela) of Lavalette, WV and Michael Vaughan of Wayne, WV; her grandchildren, Alanna Vaughan and James Vaughan (Caitlin); her great grandchildren, Jordan Shea Vaughan, Kinsey Paris Vaughan and Laykin Elisabeth Vaughan; her niece Sandy Henshaw; and her nephew Albert Frazier, Jr..
