She is survived by: her husband Charley Tomblin of Wayne; her daughter Jamie Smith (Aaron) of Wayne; her sisters, Lora Sue Booth (Chuck) of Wayne and Jeanie Ramey (Joe) of Wayne; and her grandchildren, Lauren Elizabeth Smith and Henry Isaiah Smith. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
