She is survived by: her son Rayburn Adkins of Beech Fork; her brothers, Leland Hugh "Hughie" Adkins (Alberta) of Beech Fork and Charles Elmer "Sambo" Adkins (Wanda) of Beech Fork; and her nephew Tim Frye (Tammy). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
