He is survived by: his children, Samantha Stephens of Huntington, WV and Geoff Stephens of Hinton, WV; his grandson Aiden Adkins; his sister Traci Stephens of Lavalette, WV; the mother of his children Kim Stephens; and his nephews, Jay and Josh Laney.
