He is survived by: his parents, Robert Kipp Sr. and Mary Ann Kipp (Maxey); and his siblings, Robert Kipp Jr., Teri Hunt (James) and Beverly Roberts (Dan). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
