She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Rowe and Louise Rowe; and her brother Rodger Rowe. She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Harmon (Tim) and Melissa Russell (Billy); her grandchildren, Jessica Horan (James) of Wayne, Christopher Lee Johnson of Wayne, Timmy Harmon of Wayne and Colton Johnson of Wayne; and her siblings, Pat Ball of Huntington, W. V, Bob Rowe (Scheilla) of Genoa, W. V, Jody Adkins (Roy) of Lincoln County, W. V, Connie Grubb of Huntington and James Rowe (Carla) of Ohio. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and friends.
