He was predeceased by: his parents, S. P. Fry and Ethel Perry Fry; and his brothers, Jack, Joe and John Fry.

He is survived by: his wife Glenda Powell Fry; and his daughters, Karen Ott (Steve) of Lakeland, FL, Elizabeth Johnson of Osteen, FL, Allison Fry of Jackson, MS and Jamie Fry of Tucson, AZ. He is also survived by four grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
