He is survived by: his children, Norma Gilkerson (Brian) of Lavalette, WV, William Ramey (Terry) of Keyser, WV, James Ramey (Tonya) of Kitzmiller, Chester "Chuck" Ramey (Linda) of Dunlow, WV and Wesley Stevens (Debbie) of Daniels, WV; his friend Alma Kitzmiller of Cross, WV; his siblings, Annie Phillips (Forrest) of Lawrenceville, VA and Cecil Ramey of Texas; his half-siblings, David Ramey of Ann Arbor, MI and Vivian Ramey of Ann Arbor, MI.; his grandchildren, Jacob, Justin (Holly), Billy, Shane (Chelsea), Ryan, Rebecca, Sarah, Allie, Brittany, Emily, Eliza, Maxwell (Samantha) and Matthew (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Gracelyn, Emma, Payton, Mavery and Sage.
