He is survived by: his children, Sandy Maynard Lester (Kent) of South Point, OH, Ricky Maynard (Angie) of Garden City, SC and Danny Maynard (Gabriela) of Catlettsburg, KY; his brothers, Edgar "Dude" Maynard (Jean), Bob Maynard (Vickie), Norman Maynard (Shirley), Arvil "Babe" Maynard (Joan), Dale Maynard, Roger Maynard (Sue), Delbert Maynard, Harvey Maynard (Ruby) and Richard Maynard (Sibyl); his grandchildren, Haley, Blake, Carley, Patricia, Enrique and Maria; his great grandchildren, Sylvia and Diego; his niece Angela Patterson McCormick; and his nephew Shawn Patterson.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Morris Funeral Home (79 Bridge St, Wayne, WV 25570). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Morris Funeral Home, Inc. (79 Bridge St, Wayne, WV 25570).
