He is survived by: his wife Anna Russell Wellman; his son Jeffrey D. Wellman of Catlettsburg, KY; his sister Otalee Reynolds of Reynoldsburg, OH; his grandchildren, Nick Wellman (Amanda), Jessica Robertson (Dale), Zach Merritt (Nikki) and Seth Merritt (Jennifer); and his great grandchildren, Hadley, Jackson, Jaycee, Jaxon, Randi Ann, Steele and Eleanor.
