He is survived by: his daughters, Sue Kuhn (Ronald) of Fleming, OH, Marsha Hackworth (David) of Prestonsburg, KY and Melanie Lea Castle of Fort Gay; his brother Howard Joe Castle (Christine) of Wayne; and his grandson Zachary Castle of Fort Gay. He is also survived by grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
