He is survived by: his spouse Janith Ann Mills Osburn; his children, Lisa Estelle Amorim (Helder) of Wayne, WV and Carl Franklin Osburn (Wendy Easton) of Napels, FL; his grandchildren, John Aaron Russell (Kisha), Alexandria Amity Amorim and Celia Nicole Pine (Jayson); his great grandchildren, Melanie and Eli Pine; and his close friends, Rev. Basil A. Hensley, Drew and Velvet Blakely.
