He is survived by: his great-uncle George; his great-aunt Lydia Bennett; his sister Kay Canter; his wife Linda Kay Nelson Whaley; his son Hamilton Whaley (Barsha) of Wayne, WV; his siblings, Jane Roark, Betty Hughes of Springfield, OH, Bill Hughes, Charles Hughes of Springfield, OH and Tommy Hughes of Jackson, OH; his grandchildren, Josh Perry (Kiersten), Kaylin Perry and Lauryn Perry (Peyton); his great grandchildren, Alexa, Levi Perry and Briar Cade; and his friend Aaron Cade.
