Howard Barr Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2021, at the age of 96, Howard Barr (Wayne, West Virginia), born in Fairmont, West Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Howard Barr to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie J. Barr and Opal Edgell Barr; his wife Phyllis Wanetta Walker Barr; his brother Major William Barr; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Barr and Lamar Merck.
He is survived by: his daughters, Nicki Osburn (Keith) and Barbara Michael; his grandsons, Jason Osburn (Kathy), Rob Stoler and Wesley Osburn (Bree); his great grandchild Katherine; and his sister Betty Merck. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
