It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hershel Black Jr. (Wayne, West Virginia), born in Milton, West Virginia, who passed away on October 31, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Hershel Black; his wife Lois Childers Black; and his daughter Deborah Ann Vititoe. He is survived by: his parent Rosa Clagg Black; his son David Allen Black of Wayne, W. V; his son-in-law Verlin Vititoe of New Taxwell, Tenn.; and his granddaughters, Melissa Johnson (Eric), Marissa Vititoe and Lois Frost (Seth).
