He is survived by: his wife Judy Maynard Topping; his children, Dawn Streets of Wayne, WV, Susan Canas-Clay of Huntington, WV, Mary Ann Pauley (Dale Ray) of Wayne, WV and Herbert Lee Topping of Columbus, OH; his sister-in-law Nancy Colburn Topping of Interlachen, FL; his grandchildren, Melissa Miller (Catlin), Veronica Canas, Kyle Clay and Toney Pauley (Emily); and his great grandchildren, Lilly and Rose Pauley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
