He is survived by: his wife Janet Norene Riggs Chadwick; his children, Rhonda Perry (Dennis) of Wayne, WV, Carla Collins (Randy) of Cynthiana, KY, Cheryl Akers (Joe) of Chesapeake, OH and Michael Ray Chadwick (Anne) of Wayne, WV; his sister Helen Ruth Chaney of Huntington, WV; his sister-in-law Sandy Chadwick; his grandchildren, Courtney Drown, Evan Akers, Corey Perry, Ryan Akers, Ashton Brown, Chase Perry, Trevor Chadwick and Katie Smith; and his great grandchildren, Bentley Akers, Ansley Perry, Miya Gorman, Rylee Jo Brown, Luca Gorman and Preston Smith.
