He is survived by: his wife Darlene Hatfield Ross; his son Gil Michael Ross (Allie) of Ashland; his grandchildren, Charlie Ross, Adam Rigdon and Savannah Adams (Noah); his siblings, William Spence (Arlene) of East Lynn, Nola Adkins of Wayne and Linda Smith (Curtis) of Tenn; his mother-in-law Opal Hatfield Napier; his sister-in-law Deborah Adkins (Geoffrey); his son-in-law Christopher Burrell of Athens; and his pets, Little Bit and Bee Jay. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
