He is survived by: his wife Anita Jewell Napier Smith of Wayne; his children, Rebecca Stephens of Huntington, William Gary Smith (Cyndi) of Wayne, Justin O'Don Smith of Charleston, SC, David Vallee Hudson of Huntington, Matthew Hudson of Huntington and Roger Stephens (Erica) of Lavalette, WV; and his siblings, Teresa Jeanine Kinder (Carl) of Ashboro, NC and Roger Nathan "Rocky" Smith of Cannonsburg, KY. He is also survived by twenty one grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
