He is survived by: his mother Maebelle Mullett of Louisa, KY; his children, Erica Mullett (Daniel) of Wayne, WV, Brandon Mullett of Wayne, WV and Justin Mullett (Morgan) of Huntington, WV; his stepsons, Shawn Dean and Johnny Dean; the mother of his children Wanda Dean (David) of Fort Gay, WV; and his brothers, Jaime Mullett of Fort Gay, WV and Mikey Mullett of Louisa, KY.
