It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Napier (Wayne, West Virginia), who passed away on April 17, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Napier and Myrtle Billups Napier Perry; his former wife Erma Lee Napier; his daughter Sandra Stephens; and his siblings, Ethel Collins, Garnett Maynard, Bernard, Kenny, Glenn and Delbert.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel Elam; his children, Teresa Napier (John) of Huntington, WV, Melvin Napier (Carolyn) of Wayne, WV and Eddie Napier (Laura) of Huntington, WV; his stepchildren, Jimmy Hensley and Diana Cole; his son-in-law Dennis Stephens; his siblings, Bonnie Plybon (Ronnie) of Huntington, WV, Rosie Watts (Gallie) of Chesapeake, Ohio, Alpha Perry (Deloris) of Wayne, WV and Billy Perry of Wayne, WV; and his grandchildren, Amy, Melissa, Ashley, Adam, Aaron and Jamie. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and 9 step great grandchildren.
