He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Moore and Georgia Moore (Queen); and his brother Melvin "Snookie" Moore. He is survived by: his significant other Arbutis Rice Moore; his children, Melvin Ray Moore (Brittany) of Salt Rock, WV, Johny Dale Moore (Michelle) of Fort Gay, WV and Beretta Gail Colman (Walter) of Wayne, WV; his grandsons, Christopher Ray Moore of Morehead, KY, Matthew Malachi Moore (Marinda) of East Lynn, WV and Levi Sebastian Moore of Salt Rock, WV; his great grandchildren, Luke-Taylor Ray Moore and Mason Matthew Moore of Morehead, KY; his siblings, Melvia Caldwell, Malta Rice (Willard) of Rittman, OH, Ida Rice (Arbie) of Wayne, Alfred Moore of East Lynn, WV and Benny Boyd Moore (Deborah) of Wayne; and his close friends, Tom, Thelma Jackson, Anthony Beckett and John Ramey.
Due to COVID-19, Facemasks and Social Distancing will be required.
