He is survived by: his father Charles Coffelt of Wayne; his sister Stasia Coffelt of Jackson, Mich.; his children, Ashley, Ethan and Justin; his nephews, Shawn Talbert and Peyton Talbert; and his significant other Heather Evans of Huntington, W. V. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
