He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Adkins and Sadie Adkins of Wayne; and his siblings, Dennis, Wendel, Normalee and Linda.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Cynthia Petricko of Massachusetts; his great grandchild Charlotte of Michigan; his granddaughter Penny Moro (Lee Moro) of Tennessee; his great grandchildren, Judah and Asher; and his siblings, Bobby Jean, Joe and Trish.
Due to the COVID-19 quarantine, Edgar will be buried privately at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Goodlettsville, Tennessee.
Whether his generosity comprised a charitable donation, a long-term project, or a few minutes with his toolbox, if someone needed him, his determination knew no bounds.
