She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Smith and Elsie Nelson Smith; her husband Doyle Maynard; her son Doyle Lee "Doggie" Maynard; her siblings, Thelma Breeding, Nell Murphy, Ruthie Smith, Texanne Finley and Virgil Smith; and her great grandchild Hailey Morgan Marshall.
She is survived by: her daughter Wilma Lee McCoy (Roy) of Cattletsburg, KY; her daughter-in-law Donna Maynard of Wayne, WV; and her siblings, Wanda Robinson of Cleveland, Georgie Frasher of Elyria, Catherine Cook (Johnny) of Elyria, Ohio, Boyd Smith of Huntington, WV, Roscoe Smith (Lois) of Kiahsville, WV and Ivan Smith Jr. (Diane) of South Carolina. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchild.
