Donn H. MacKenzie Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donn H. MacKenzie (Wayne, West Virginia), who passed away on August 4, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Donn MacKenzie and Marianne MacKenzie. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Dasha; his niece Elizabeth Harrington; his wife Irina Simpkins; his stepchildren, Jimmy Campbell and Dariya Simpkins (Benjamin Riordan); his sister Marga Baird; his niece Kim McMarten; his nephew Jutin McMarten; his pet Romeo; his son Benjamin; his mother-in-law Irina; and also Yelena Harrington.

Flowers can be sent to the Morris Funeral Home, Wayne, WV, or, in lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Christ the Savior Orthodox Church in Wayne, WV earmarked towards the "Church building fund", which was one of the projects that Donn championed in his life.
