He is survived by: his wife Marie Canaday W. Rowe; his daughter Pamela Black of Genoa, WV; his stepdaughters, Rhonda Holland (Bill) of Wayne, WV and Carletta Woodrum (Woody) of Huntington, WV; his son Karl Rowe (Lisa) of Georgetown, KY; his stepson David Watts (Juanita) of Genoa, WV; his siblings, Freda Moon (Frank) of Genoa, WV and Flem Rowe (Christine) of Huntington, WV; his grandchildren, Ivy Rowe, Katie Hicks and Eric Votruba; and his stepgrandchildren, Aletha Sanders, Jacob Napier, Ben and Zack Clark. He is also survived by six great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
