He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis Rice, Faburn Rice, Marie Cox and Rita Simmons; his children, Dewey Keith Tomblin, William Tomblin and Lisa Rector; his grandson Dalton Rice; his wife Alice Rice; his children, Debbie Aliff (Eddie) of Wayne, Angel Neace of Wayne, Annie Porter of Wayne, Terry Tomblin (Mary) of Atlanta, Dana Rice of Atlanta and John Rice (Deb) of Wayne; his siblings, Arbie Rice (Ida) of Wayne, Richard Rice (Betty) of Huntington, Lois Queen (Gary) of East Lynn, W. Va and Arbutus Moore of Wayne; his sister-in-law Frances Webb of Huntington; and his close friend April Joye (Adam Joye). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren.
