She was predeceased by: her parents, Asa Oliver and Mattie Bing Canady; her husbands, Glen J. Watts and Dewey Rowe; and her siblings, Mildred McLaughlin, Henry Leo Canady and Roy Elmer Canady.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Watts Holland, David Wayne Watts (Juanita) and Carletta Jane Woodrum (Woody); her grandchildren, Aletha Gail Sanders (Mick), Jacob Patrick Napier (Marissa Bryant), Zachary Scott Clark and Benjamin Douglas Clark (Nate Perry); her great grandchildren, Amber Grace Adkins (Seth), Trista Marie Hammons (Andrew Miller), Grace, Kennedy and Riley Sanders; her sister Ethel Webb; her stepdaughter Pam Black; her stepgrandchildren, Ivy, Katie and Eric; and her stepson Carl Rowe (Lisa). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
