He is survived by: his wife Maxine Davidson Stephens; his children, Debra Stephens (Joey) of Wayne, Sandra Vickers (James) of Wayne, Teresa Guidet (Kevin) of Hastings, MI, Bill Scott Stephens (Cherry) of Wayne and Matt Stephens (Woneeka) of Wayne; and his brothers, Frank Stephens (Dora) of Wayne, Claude Stephens of Louisa, KY and Dennis Stephens of Wayne. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
