He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Black, Jr. and Lois Childers Black; and his sister Deborah Ann Vititoe. He is survived by: his brother-in-law Verlin Vititoe of New Tazewell, Tenn.; his nieces, Melissa Johnson (Eric), Marissa Vititoe and Lois Frost (Seth); his great-niece Addyson Johnson; and his great-nephews, Aiden and John Wayne Johnson.
