He is survived by: his wife Wanda Watts Maynard; his daughters, Linda Jo Blower (Eustace) of Wayne, Betty Jo Marcie Stroud (Darrell) of Wayne and Jessica Caprina Price (John) of Flatwoods, KY; his grandchildren, Bryan Carson Blower, Telissa Dawn Stroud and Kasey Alexander Blankenship; and his sisters, Edna Pauley of Wayne, Vicki Vera of Lavalette, WV. and Rose Sutphin of Lavalette, WV..
