He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Delight Napier; his wife Sue Thompson Napier; his children, Judy Leffingwell (Bill) of Barboursville, WV, Vicki Ross (Shane) of Barboursville, WV, Jesse Ray Napier of East Lynn, WV and Eddie Napier (Angie) of Wayne, WV; his stepson David Thompson (Melissa) of Genoa, WV; his siblings, Eloise Napier of Huntington, WV and Kenneth Lee Napier (Peggy) of Ruskin, FL; his sister-in-law Linda Maynard (Wilford) of Wayne, WV; his grandchildren, Ashley Russell, Shana Chapman, Justin Leffingwell, Shelby M'Lynn Bailey and Trever Zayne Napier; his stepgrandchild Kyndall Thompson; and his close friend Jeff Asbury. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
