He is survived by: his parent Effie Napier; his wife Sally Napier; his granddaughter Lisa Napier-Akers; and also, Chester Leonard Napier, Lisa "Gal" Akers (John) of Wayne, Shanna Perry (Jacob) of Kenova, Chetley Napier (Amy) of Kenova, Dyllan Perry of Kenova, Shalynn Perry of Kenova, Winston Perry of Kenova, Braxton Napier of Kenova, Nevaeh Napier of Kenova, Mark Napier (Michelle) of Cleveland, Debbie Thompson of Kenova, Tim Mills (Judy) of Cleveland, Tonya Skeens and Tanner Napier. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
