He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Skeens and Ruby Skeens. He is survived by: his siblings, Ronald, Raymond, Randy, Doug, Kenneth, Faron Skeens and Jean Boudon; his son Michael Skeens; his wife Estelle Skeens; his daughters, Tonya Skeens of Huntington and Jessica Skeens of Wayne; and his grandsons, Tanner Napier of Huntington, Evan Morgan of Wayne and Kaden Adkins of Wayne. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
