With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Rice of Wayne, West Virginia, who passed away on March 24, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rice and Senia Maynard Rice; his daughter Amanda Robertson; and his brothers, Sam Rice, Clifford Rice and Arvil Rice.
He is survived by: his wife Alta Williamson Rice; his sons, Charles A. Rice (Janice) of Wayne and William R. Rice (Sarah) of Wayne; his brothers, Robert Rice (Patty) of Wayne and Roy Rice of West Hamlin, WV; and his grandchildren, Michael Spurlock, William Lee Robertson, Zoey Rice, Isaiah Robertson, Kylie Robertson, Brooklyn Rice, Wyatt Rice and Kiah Rice. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
