He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bolt and Ona Leibee Bolt; his wife Norma June Bolt; and his sisters, Ruth Bolt, Merle Fisher (Harold) and Ethel Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Bolt of Wayne and Charlie Bolt (Teresa) of Ashland; his granddaughters, Rebekkah Bolt and Emily Bolt; and his great grandchild Julianna Rose Bolt of Ashland. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
