It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Rowe of Wayne, West Virginia, who passed away on March 16, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Rowe (Marshall) and Andy Rowe; and his grandson Dallas Andrew Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Burton Rowe; his children, Cecil Rowe Jr. (Brenda), Amanda Rowe, Julie Shelton (Matt) and Amy Rowe; his grandchildren, Abigail Marcum (Cody), Joshua Copley, Katie Shelton, Katrina Shelton, Allison Isaacs, Cameron Isaacs and Benjamin Midkiff; and his great grandchildren, Blake Asbury, Aubree Asbury and Ainslee Marcum. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, family and friends.
