With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn K. Vanhoose (Wayne, West Virginia), born in Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on September 17, 2019 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lois Bradbury of Wayne, WV and William Hysell; her husband Garry Vanhoose; her daughters, Lisa Gill (Kent) of Cleveland, TN and Sheila Hunt (David) of Loganville, GA; her brothers, Richard Hysell (Tracy) of Chesapeake, OH and Gregg Cockrell (Suzanne) of Fanwood, NJ; her grandchildren, Amanda Cooper, Michael Ramey, Matt Spurlock, Garry Roland and Crystal Reagin; her great grandchildren, Zach Blair, Kaylee Cooper, Dalton Smith, Max Spurlock, Aubrey Ramey and Carlee Roland; and her great great grandchild Aalayah Blair.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Huntington, P.O. Box 660, Wayne, WV 25570 or Wayne Senior Center, 11081 Rt. 152, Wayne, WV 25570.
