He was predeceased by: his parent George Jervis; and his siblings, Ray Jervis, Jay Jervis and Ora Smith. He is survived by: his parent Lou Emma Jervis; his wife Seay Jervis; his sons, Brian Jervis (Michelle) of Hurricane, WV and Jeffery Jervis of Wayne; his grandchildren, Ashley Jervis of Huntington, WV, Kyle Jervis of Hurricane, Kate Jervis of Hurricane and Emma Jervis of Hurricane; his siblings, Jack Jervis (Edith) of Lavalette, WV, William "Wad" Jervis of Dunlow and Lenora Maynard of Jackson, OH; and his sister-in-law Mary Kathryn Jervis of Wayne.
